Refund Policy

Our service consists of creating and mailing your cancellation letter. Because this service is performed immediately after your order, the following rules apply.

1. Before mailing

If your letter has not yet been mailed, you can cancel your order and receive a full refund. Contact us at support@cancelm.com with your reference number.

2. After mailing

Once your letter has been mailed, the service has been fully performed and the fee of $32.99 CAD is non-refundable.

3. Subscription

The optional subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. You can cancel the subscription at any time before the first charge at no cost. Amounts already charged for a started billing period are non-refundable.
